This is the top of the production. Named after Churchill, the Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill is a Pinot Noir-dominant champagne blended with Charnonnay. The first vintage of this cuvee was in 1975 and marketed 10 years later. Other sorts of champagne include the classic non-vintage Pol Roger blended of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The Brut Reserve includes one third of each of the three types of wine.
